'Make my day,' is the caption which describes Citizen.  Weighing 4lbs, he usually does 'whatever he wants, whenever he wants.' Rough and rowdy, he demands and expects order and things go his way.  Although this description sounds a little negative, he loves people and children and a fun game of chase.
